Paul  Lewis
Paul Kenneth Lewis, 89, passed away peacefully Nov. 1, 2019, at The Villages at Oak Ridge in Washington.
Paul was born in Washington, Indiana, on Oct. 20, 1930, to Everett and Helen (Wonder) Lewis. Paul retired from farming and McCord's. In Paul's younger years he loved riding horses, fishing and camping. After retirement he loved taking Sunday drives with his son Ron, riding in his Polaris that he called "his buggy," reading, watching the RFD channel and rodeos.
Paul is survived by his son, Ronald (Lisa) Kenneth Lewis of Washington; stepchildren Joyce (Gary) Lamb of Washington, Wilma (Bob) Smith of Vincennes, William (Jeannie) Batchelor of Washington, Bob (Judy) Batchelor of Washington, Judy (T.J.) Jones of Mt. Belview, Texas, Sheila (Steve) Armes of Washington, and Dennis Harmon of Washington; a sister, Janet (Curt) Hornaday; a brother, Don (Mary) Lewis; 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents; wife Ruby (Walls Batchelor) Lewis; brother Roy (Betty) Lewis; a stepdaughter, Virginia (Batchelor) Wilson; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
