Reuben Graber, 81, of Montgomery, passed away at noon Thursday at his home.
He was born Aug. 29, 1935, in Daviess County, to the late Joseph J. and Mabel (Wagler) Graber.
Reuben was a lifelong farmer and attended Zion Amish Mennonite Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph J. and Mabel (Wagler) Graber; and a brother, Phillip Graber.
Reuben is survived by his wife, Fannie (Lengacher) Graber of Odon; children Laura (Orvin) Miller of Georgia, Marvin (Verda) Graber of Loogootee, Ivan (Elizabeth) Graber of Odon, and Evelyn (Olin) Miller of Mississippi; grandchildren Loretta Miller, Judith (Cody) Apuli, Rosalyn and Elsie Miller, Lindsey, Earl and Marissa Graber, Larry, Justin and Brooke Miller; great-grandchildren Jayden and Heidi Apuli; siblings Raymond (Shirley) Graber, David (Magdalena) Graber, Mary Ann Graber, Martha (Marvin) Mast, Esther (Jerry) Yoder, James (Laura) Graber; sister-in-law Geneva Graber; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Sunday at Zion Amish Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held today from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Zion Amish Mennonite Church and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Zion Amish Mennonite Church.
