My prayers are with Lance's family, friends and all the lives he touched.
My siblings and I grew up nextdoor to the Parsons family in Weldon Springs Missouri. Lance, Julie, Tracy and Dane were our best childhood friends...cherished fun memories and a love I have known my whole life.
I lift you all in prayer.

Lance was my step brother, but more than anything he made me feel welcome into his family (like a blood sister) and he was always so kind to me. He stood up for me and was very protective of me when we were younger. He became an amazing man and father and I feel privileged to have known him. There will be rejoicing in Heaven when we meet again, dear brother! The picture I have shared was the last time I got to see him, he came to town to build our dad a garage, he was such a giving man! God bless him for his service, amen.

We met in childhood as cousins with everyone close to the same age. I remember our families had so much fun together in Defiance & that will be my memory of Lance. However, I feel sad connecting under these circumstances after all this time. My heart goes out to Lance’s whole family & I’ll keep everyone in my prayers, especially you Uncle Ted & Aunt Helen. From everything I’ve read on this guestbook Lance had an incredible life & made so many lives better. I’m so proud of everything he’s accomplished & what he’ll be remembered for. May God rest his soul.
